Communications
From: Don Stone
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications between the US Attorneys Office Maryland and the U.S. DOJ Bankruptcy Trustee Maryland lawyer leading up to and all follow up communications pertaining to the Sept. 26, 1994 meeting (See ATTACHMENT 1) between a top level Maryland DOJ lawyer and three other individuals, a lawyer from the Maryland Attorney General's office, a lawyer from the DOJ Bankruptcy Trustee program Maryland, and an investigator for the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
*Of Special Note
These documents are already in the public domain they were obtained in late 1995 under a FOIA request (unredacted & without the red annotations).
Additionally these documents were memorialized in early 1998 when the requester used these documents to catch the U.S. Attorney for Maryland, her Chief of White Collar crimes and other DOJ lawyers in a "Bald - Faced Lie" in Stone vs. Warfield Sr. Case # 98-14069-CIV-Ryskamp (SDFLA), trying to "white wash" the alleged criminal activities of Longo and certain of his associates as a business dispute or civil matter.
Because these documents are now a matter of public record, memorialized in court proceedings and a FOIA request, there appears to be no need to redact the documents, but rather than dance around in a circle with the DOJ over these matters I decided to redact the names.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
I agree to pay reasonable fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Donald Stone
