This letter is in part a follow up to my appeal of my Freedom of Information Act request, request number 1347732-000 (UCONN Health terrorizing prank call of 8/8/2006), made on 06/21/2016, as seen above. Unlike all other 6 appeals, there has not been any recognition or processing acknowledgement of that specific request and appeal to date. I hereby request the following records:

All information, documents, records, and communications within the FBI/DOJ regarding one of a series of "unsolved" crimes at Columbia University (New York, NY) and UCONN Health (UCHC, Farmington, CT). The perpetrators of these crimes are most likely associated with or are proxies for the New York Police Department Intelligence Division (NYPD ID) and possibly the CIA or FBI further afield (directly or indirectly), such as Columbia's Public Safety Department and CT State police.

This specific FOIA request number (1347732-000) is for the following incident:

2) (Not Columbia University, but UCHC in Farmington, CT, a politically tinged, terrorizing prank call was made on primary day between Ned Lamont and Senator Joe Lieberman on 8/8/2006. This incident would not be committed by Columbia security, but proxies of NYPD ID-CIA (and possibly the FBI) extending their tentacles into Connecticut. The perpetrator(s) might be people within UCHC administration, CT state police, or "fusion centers" (and/or their friends/underlings).)

Also the DOJ's OIP appears to have responded to only one of the other 7 items ( DOJ-AP-2016-003998 & DOJ-AP-2016-004334, FBI FOIA Request No. 1347723, Zaid Shakir fake bomb threat of 1/28/2005), with a no records response I intend to appeal:
