This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I request all information, documents, records, and communications within the FBI/DOJ regarding Ned Lamont, candidate for Governor of Connecticut, interacting with and reacting to person(s) associated with the Yale Emergency Medicine Department (New Haven, CT) around 12/17/2008. The information and records may include those beyond information created by the FBI, but also include information, records from other entities, such as the NYPD, CT State Police, Yale PD, CIA, NYC Mayor's office (Howard Wolfson), New Haven PD, etc. I would like copies of all information, records, emails, phone logs/transcripts, letters, notes, memoranda, and all electronic or non-electronic communications/records/information.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
