This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any after incident reports filed by the Amtrak Police for both the incident in which the deployment of a taser was used inside New York City's Pennsylvania Station on April 14, 2017 between 6:20pm and 6:40pm, as well as any incident reports filled out regarding the panic and stampede following the tasering, which resulted in many injuries.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This Freedom of Information request for "Any after incident reports filed by the Amtrak Police for both the incident in which the deployment of a taser was used inside New York City's Pennsylvania Station on April 14, 2017 between 6:20pm and 6:40pm, as well as any incident reports filled out regarding the panic and stampede following the tasering, which resulted in many injuries," which was filed on 2/05/2018, has not been acknowledged within the 20 day period specified by the law and you are now in violation of that law. Please acknowledge this request expeditiously.
