Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request access to records concerning investigations, reports, and communications pertaining to Andrés Manuel López Obrador, President of Mexico from December 1, 2018, to September 30, 2024. Specifically, I seek information on:
Any investigations or reports related to the handling of organized crime or drug trafficking operations during his administration.
Records involving foreign intelligence on policies impacting U.S.-Mexico relations, particularly regarding immigration, trade, and energy security.
Any correspondence or memos involving U.S. intelligence agencies and López Obrador’s administration regarding Mexico’s stance on foreign policy, including relations with Cuba and Venezuela.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
