Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any DOJ/FBI documents controlled by U.S. Attorney General, Barr that would help explain how Gilbert Sapperstein managed to steal and launder $3.5 million from Baltimore School Board from early 1990's to 2003 while Sapperstein was named as co-defendant and alleged co-conspirator with the top Maryland DOJ lawyers, Maryland Attorney General, Head of Maryland State Police and a couple of Maryland state judges, and others in Stone vs Warfield, Southern District of Florida, 1998.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
