This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any OIG documents pertaining to any Maryland U.S. Attorney lawyer and/or DOJ Bankruptcy Trustee trying to reclassify multiple violations of federal criminal statutes and/or RICO violations as business disputes and/or civil matters to protect personal acquaintances and/or political cronies from federal prosecution, beginning with the appointment of Maryland U.S. Attorney, Lynne Battaglia (Rod Rosenstein's former boss) and ending when Rod Rosenstein was rotated out of this position to Deputy U.S. Attorney General in 2017. (See Attachment of DOJ internal documents Sept. 1994)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
