This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any OIG/DOJ investigations into the many alleged schemes of David M. Hardy, Chief of the RIDS/FOIA division of the FBI used to thwart and/or foil politically sensitive FOIA request that would allegedly implicate and/or expose a long pattern & history of FBI/DOJ misconduct, schemes commonly referred to as gamesmanship, shell games, withhold it because you want to, the alleged misuse of the Glomar exemption that has allegedly become popular at DOJ/FBI since Rosenstein was appointed Deputy U.S. Attorney, particularly FOIA request concerning Rosenstein's former colleagues at the MD. U.S. Attorneys office. (See Attachment)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
