Mr. Morisy,

We received your FOIA request on 5/20/2013 for copies of OSHA
Inspections for the Bartlett Grain Elevator located in Atchison, KS from
the years 2000-2013. We noticed that it is a follow-up to a previous
April 16 request which we did not receive.

The only two inspections that we have for that period and location are
316034032 which has been contested and we will only be able to release
copies of the citation. We can release the rest of the file when it's
been settled, but that's looking like it will be tied up in the courts
for awhile.

The second inspection is 316034339, no citations were issued. The
entire file after redaction would be approximately 50 pages, and could
take up to 15 working days. The file is actually larger but most of it
would be protected under Exemption 4. Because they weren't cited in
this inspection, there's not much to it. We could easily email you a
redacted copy of the Inspection Report, approximately 9 pages.

Option one:

316034032 - Citations only

316034339 - Inspection Report (9 pages)

Wait time approximately 1 day and can be emailed

Option two:

316034032 - Citations only

316034339 - Entire redacted file (approx. 9 pages)

Wait time approximately 15 working days and will have to be mailed

If you could tell me what you are looking for, it would help speed the
request.

Please advise.
