Bay Bridge OSHA investigations

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all OSHA inspection files since Jan. 1, 2012 regarding Bay Bridge LLC, of Brownsville, Texas for instances in which at least one serious citation was issued.

Bay Bridge LLC is a shipbreaking company located at:
23501 R.L. Ostos Rd
Brownsville, TX 78521

I request that all fees be waived as I am a journalist employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe and intend to use any pertinent information I receive as a result of this request to educate the public on safety measures taken by contractors charged with recycling US Navy ships.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
