Biden Documents

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All letters, electronic or physical, from January 2017 to the present that were either sent to and received from Joseph R. Biden Jr. regarding documents and the Presidential Records Act (PRA). This can include all letters sent from NARA to his legal counsel that includes the following phrases: confidential documents, presidential records act, and 44 U.S.C. 2201-2209.
2. All communications between NARA and the following individuals/entities located in the White House: Ron Klain, President Biden, and Dana Remus. The communications from both electronic and physical format are to be from January 2021 to the present date, and contain the following phrases: confidential documents, presidential records act, and 44 U.S.C. 2201-2209.
3. All communications sent to and from the Department of Justice, including the office of the Attorney General, that contains the following phrases from January 2021 to the present date: Biden, confidential documents, presidential records act, and 44 U.S.C. 2201-2209.
4. All memorandums produced by either the office of general counsel at NARA, Debra Wall, and David S. Ferriero from January 2017 to the present date that pertains to the presidential records act as stated in 44 U.S.C. 2201-2209.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
