Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The CSB's report on the fire at Bio-Lab in Conyers, GA in 1999.
2. All materials relating to the CSB's investigations of: the Bio-Lab fire in Westlake, LA on August 27, 2020 and Conyers, GA on Sept. 14, 2020, excluding news articles.
3. Any and all communications or follow-ups between CSB investigators and Bio-Lab/KIK Consumer Products regarding the Conyers plant, sent between Sept. 30 2020 and Sept. 29 2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I would like this request to be fulfilled on a rolling basis.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
