Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Digital copies of each letter sent to all universities that have been identified by the U.S. Commerce Department Bureau of Industry and Security's Office of Enforcement
Analysis as having an elevated risk profile in conjunction with the bureau's Academic Outreach Initiative. This should encompass at least 20 letters sent to 20 schools.

I am a reporter researching a story that will inform the public about the bureau's Academic Outreach Initiative, and these documents will facilitate that research.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
