Dear Beryl Lipton:

Thank you for contacting the Ford Library.

In response to your request, I performed a search of the Ford Library's
collections database for the term “Black History Month”. The scan documents
are attached to this email.

Unfortunately, the only documents I found in our collections are the
attachments. You might also want to check with the Carter Presidential
Library for documents relating to Black History Month.

Just so you're aware, access to our holdings is governed by deeds of gifts
not FOIA. You can find more information about this under the heading
*Access/FOIA*:

If I can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact me by
telephone at (734) 255-0559 or email john.oconnell@nara.gov
Best regards,

John J. O’Connell
