Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
ALL files and documents which mention "BlindGlint", "Blind Glint", or "Project BlindGlint" by name as well as any technologies the United States Air Force knows of for deleting or modifying commercial aircraft ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) Data or affecting GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Systems.
I am an independent journalist and archivist through archive.org, muckrock.com, and twitch.tv, and request classification as a member of the news media.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) received a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request through United States Air Force-Europe (USAFE) dated June 8, 2018 with a follow-up dated October 26, 2018. It contains the name of James Lawrence who is seeking " ALL files and documents which mention "BlindGlint", "Blind Glint", or "Project BlindGlint" by name as well as any technologies the United States Air Force knows of for deleting or modifying commercial aircraft ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) Data or affecting GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Systems".
However, AFIMSC has not been able to find an Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) or an Action Office that can speak to this request. Please have Mr. Laurence contact this office to discuss.
