This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of contracts with Booz Allen Hamilton over the past 5 years.
Any final reports generated and delivered by Booz Allen Hamilton to the agency over the past 5 years
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This message is in response to the follow up fax you sent me today. As I understand it, you received three letters you wish to clarify.
The following list describes the communications we have had regarding two of your FOIA requests:
* March 12- I received your request for information on Booz Hamilton contracts. This request was assigned FI-2013-0060.
* March 20- I sent you an acknowledgement letter regarding FI-2013-0060.
* April 12- I closed the request FI-2013-0060 and mailed you a letter stating that we have no records responsive to your request.
* You sent a FOIA request to CIGIE (Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency) on March 18. On April 26, I received a referral from CIGIE forwarding a part of your FOIA request for DOT OIG to process.
* April 26- I sent you an acknowledgment of this referral and assigned it FI-2013-0070.
