- All memoranda submitted by Special Investigative Agent Jeffrey Kajander containing the subject line "OIA complaint" or regarding an OIA investigation between Jan. 1, 2016 and Dec. 18, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
