A copy of the calendar maintained by Brian Benczkowski, by himself of his staff, for the months of September 2019 to October 20th, 2019.
Due to the public interest in this request, please expedite the processing. This request is being made by a member of the press.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is an appeal to the DOJ for its refusal to process our FOIA request on an expedited basis. The calendar in question establishes when Brian Benczkowski meet with Rudy Guliani. As your office may be aware, two of Guliani's are under indictment out of the SDNY. Therefore, the timing of the meeting meets the threshold of "“the request concerns a matter of current exigency to the American public". Further the consequences of delaying a response would compromise a significant recognized interest and the request concerns federal government activity.
Therefore, I request a formal appeal under USC 552 for expedited processing.
