Written comments e-mailed to jcschmidt@usbr.gov or faxed to 775-882-7592 in August 2010 in response to the Bureau of Reclamation’s solicitation of public comments about the Walker River Basin Cloud Seeding Project in Nevada and California, as referenced in this article: https://www.usbr.gov/newsroom/newsrelease/detail.cfm?RecordID=33426

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Upon review, I noticed that you stated "jcschmidt@usbr.gov" as working for Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), but this individual works for United States Geological Survey (USGS) in Flagstaff, AZ (email: jcschmidt@usgs.gov). I'm not sure if you intended to send a FOIA request to USBR or USGS, but either way, all FOIA requests for Department of the Interior need to be submitted online at this website: https://www.doi.gov/foia/foia-request-form
