Dear Ms. Lipton,
I hope this email makes its way to you - I could not find your telephone number. First, I wanted to personally thank you for your kind words concerning Mr. Dave Henshall of my staff in your excellent March Madness FOIA report. It was much appreciated! Second, I wanted to extend an invitation to you and any of your colleagues if you are ever in the Washington, D.C. area to meet with Mr. Barry Walters (SEC Chief FOIA Officer and Director, Office of Support Operations), Mr. Olivier Girod (Mr. Walters' Deputy and my boss), Mr. Mark Siford (Counsel to Mr. Walters), and yours truly. We would be very interested in discussing our FOIA program with you and seeking your input on ways to improve it. Please feel free to call to discuss.
Regards,
John Livornese

By the way, the SEC Headquarters building is connected to Union Station. If you take the train, you don't need to worry about outside weather.
