Any reports, maps, memos or emails that directly refer or report on CDC's efforts to monitor human subjects who have had suspected exposure to H5N1 influenza. This request seeks records produced since March 1, 2024. This request seeks records in the possession of the following CDC officials: Daniel Jernigan, Demetre Daskalakis, Dylan George, Kate Wolff, Nirav Shah, Mandy Cohen, and/or Debra Houry.
I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
