To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide documents of complaints regarding law enforcement and government misuse of "Cell Phone Site Simulators" called Dirt boxes used to mimick cellular phone carriers cell phone towers to spy on citizens communications, i.e. smartphones, computers, emails, phone calls, text messages, Internet searches, social media accounts, WI-FI, abuse of audio technology through cable/satellite to monitor Americans television programming and personal communications inside of homes.
These acts of violating, interference of the radio waves and jamming signals "Signal Intelligence" of the Federal Communications Act and are criminal violations of the law.
According to Black Lives Matter, EFF, Color of Change and several law university's have indicated this technology goes through citizens walls inside of their homes is used by the the military in warfare!
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
