Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records mentioning Andrew van der Bijl (AKA: "Brother Andrew", AKA: "God's Smuggler") - a Christian missionary from the Netherlands who smuggled bibles into Communist countries during the Cold War. Later in life he engaged in personal diplomacy, meeting with members of such groups as the PLO and Hamas. Andrew van der Bijl was born on May 11th 1928 and died on September 27th 2022. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
