Any and all documents relating to CIA use of poison for covert assassination.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This FOIA request refers to *any* poisons ever used by the CIA for assassination. As the Church Committee clearly demonstrated in 1975, the CIA (at least at that time, *ahem*) did indeed engage in assassinations.

Please disclose any and all documents referring to the development, deployment, use and storage of said poisons up to today. Please also include a list of any and all persons so assassinated by poison in the history of the CIA from its creation to its present day.

EO 12333 may prohibit assassinations, but EO 12333 dates from the Reagan administration, and the Church Committee investigation revealed that the CIA was engaged in assassination before that time.

Please consider this FOIA to refer to all assassination programs from the inception of the CIA to the present day, including the era pre-EO 12333. Information in the public makes clear that the CIA has, in the past, murdered people with poison. Please respond to the FOIA request with complete details on those historical programs.
