Emails sent to, from, or copied to the United States Capitol Police employees from November 1, 2020 to the date this request is processed, mentioning any of the following non-case-sensitive keywords and phrases:
"Clearview ", "Clearview free trial", "Clearview AI", or "Clearview licenses".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

As we have repeatedly advised, in response to any and all MuckRock Freedom of Information Act requests, please be advised that the United States Capitol Police, as a legislative branch entity, is not an “agency” as defined by 5 U.S.C. §§ 551 et seq., under the Freedom of Information Act. Therefore, the USCP is not subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.
