Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents and files, including letters, memos, emails and all communications that mention the Ponca activist and co-founder of the National Indian Youth Council, Clyde Warrior (August 31, 1939 - July 19, 1968).
I would also like to request a search of all available cross-index files for mentions of Clyde Warrior in other documents, to be included with this request.
I request that fees be waived, as this information will be used for educational and journalistic purposes.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
