All communications, to and from, Donald Trump Jr.
All communications including, "Donald Trump Jr.", "Don Jr.", or any other name representing Donald Trump Jr.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm the Chief FOIA Officer at the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Can you please call me at 202-395-6709 to discuss your attached request? We're concerned that your request might be misdirected - ONDCP only deals with drug issues and we're not the same as the White House Office. We're very unlikely to have any communication with the individual referenced except as his name appears in news articles, but I gather that's probably not what you're looking for.
