Alex Richardson,

Mr. Richardson, I am in receipt of your 10 Freedom of Information Act requests dated April 16, 2015, seeking documents between IRS and 10 different members of congress. Your requests list specific key words such as Whistleblower, Whistleblowing, etc. Before processing can continue on these requests I need a specific time frame of the documents you seek. For example, "documents received in calendar year 2014".

Also, I would like your permission to combine all 10 FOIA requests and provide you one response to all 10 requests. Please let me know if this would be acceptable to you.

Please respond by close of business Thursday, April 23, 2015. If I do not receive an email response from you by then, I will close all 10 of the requests without taking any further action.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Hello Ms. Higley,

Rolling the requests into one is acceptable. I had made them separately so that I could get documents as you found them, but if it's a lot simpler for you to process one, that's no big deal.

As for time frame, I would like to specify the period from Jan. 1, 2014, to the receipt of this request. You're most likely to find relevant communications starting in October if there are any, but best to play it safe.

Thanks for the quick response, feel free to reach out if you need anything else.

Best,
Alex Richardson

From: Alex Richardson

P.S. I will be shutting off auto-follow ups for my other nine requests via the MuckRock system. Each request has a unique email address - please address any further communications to this address.
