To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I'm a reporter with The Outline, a nonpartisan news site based in NYC. I hereby request the following records:

Any FCC complaints pertaining to The “Late Show” with Stephen Colbert from September 8, 2015 to present.

According to news reports, there have been at least some complaints made to the FCC about the show: http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/332132-fcc-probing-colberts-trump-putin-joke

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
