Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request: Conant Wooldridge

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all written or electronic communication, including email attachments, between regional director Ernest Conant (or his executive assistants) and any employee, official, agent, lobbyist or other representative of Young Wooldridge, LLP, a law firm in Bakersfield, CA. This request also seeks records of any meetings between Mr. Conant and any employee, official, agent, lobbyist or other representative for Young Wooldridge, LLC.

This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2019.

I am a reporter for The Guardian.

I would prefer electronic records, but if you can only sent them in paper or CD form please send them to 124 Washington Place, New York, NY 10014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
