Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All requests or solicitations for contractors to provide equipment or perform clean up, logging or other work related to the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon fire.
All bids received from contractors to provide equipment or perform clean up, logging or other work related to the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon fire.
A list of approved contractors for all work on the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon fire along with locations where contractors are based and the approved contracts with scope of work and payment details.
Internal memoranda or materials outlining the contractor selection process.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you Alisha. Let me know. We are just looking for the contractors
related to the Hermit's Peak Calf Canyon Fire. So it should only cover a
period from April until now. We do not require records related to the Las
Dispensas Prescribed burn before it became a forest fire.

We are tying to confirm the status of the contracting records. If they have not been officially turned over to the forest, the response may be "no records" until the records are transferred. If that is the case, you may have to re-submit your request at a later date once the records are in our control, then we can process them under FOIA.
