Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence - including but not limited to letters, memos, meeting notes, phone call transcripts, and public and private text messages and emails - between former Attorney General Merrick Garland, or staff authorized to send correspondence on his behalf, and members of the following offices between November 15, 2022 and August 14, 2023.
- Office of the Fulton County District Attorney
- Office of the Manhattan District Attorney
- Office of the New York State Attorney General

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
