This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

In addition, I am requesting any attachments to that correspondence , as well as any response(s) to that correspondence, along with corresponding attachments to response(s).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
