This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all contracts, agreements, purchase orders, or any files correspondence, or communications regarding or referencing Cromulence, LLC, or the contracts/awards FA875016C0079 and FA875014C0197 with the United States Air Force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning Mr. Riggle,
My name is Brandon, and I work in the OSD/JS FOIA office. We have received your FOIA request seeking contracts between Cromulence, LLC and the Air Force. Your request seems to be misdirected, as the information you seek falls out of our purview. While attempting to address your request we conferred with the Department of the Air Force and they confirmed that they received and responded to your request. As such we consider your request to this office null and void. Any future inquiries into the status of this request will not be responded to.
