All contracts, invoices, memoranda of understanding, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, and software training manuals/use policies between the agency and either of the following companies: Chainalysis (https://www.chainalysis.com), Chain (https://chain.com/), and Elliptic (https://www.elliptic.co/)
2. Emails between all agency employees and any of the following email addresses: gronager@chainalysis.com, jan@chainalysis.com, jonathan@chainalysis.com

For both items, please limit your search from Jan 1 2014 to the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
