Matthew, this request doesn't contain a relevant subject for which to search. Can you give me a generic description of the policy or subject the requested documents would illuminate? Wr/JRS

From: Matthew Hoppock

We aren't asking to have the search limited by keyword or subject. It's a very short date-range for the search. I'm asking for all e-mail messages sent by Daugherty during that date range. Thank you.

Matthew, please see FOIA response attached.

From: Matthew Hoppock

Mr. Schaaf, several of these e-mails for 2019-11365 appear to have attachments but the attachments have not been provided. Were they withheld pursuant to an exemption?

From: Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review

Matthew, the Matter of A-B attachments are included as page 37 and 38. The detained A# report is basically a list of A#s which would be b6 on behalf of the aliens. I don't have the detained cases report in front of me but I believe it is also a list of A#s. Wr/JRS
