To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1.) Any and all records mentioning or describing Danielle Cretacci (September 12, 1987 – August 27, 2019).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Danielle Cretacci has been covered in articles by Luke Moretti, WIVB-TV Buffalo (CBS affiliate) - "Papers found with personal info on road", August 12, 2010 - SEE WIVB NEWS ARTICLE ATTACHMENT ( 2 PAGES)

According to the article: BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - "Top secret personal information was found scattered to the wind. That's right; it happened again. Paperwork containing private financial information was found in the street."

"It's hard enough protecting personal information, but when it's out on the street, for anyone to see, it's impossible. Well, let's just say two young women were very surprised when we showed up at their door. These papers littering the sidewalk on Main Street in Buffalo have Danielle Cretacci pretty upset. Cretacci said, "That's careless right there."

"We tracked down both women using the information on these papers. We even had their cell phone numbers. The papers belong to this Rent-A-Center store on Grant Street in Buffalo. So what are they doing on the sidewalk here on Main Street?"

"Cretacci said, "I'm going to definitely let them know. Probably go a little bit further on this, too. Definitely. That's serious."
