Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all official work calendars, itineraries or schedule for Commissioner James Danly. This request seeks records produced since January 2020.

I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that two of your requests that were received on March 22, 2023 were been combined for processing regarding the calendars and travel material for Commission James Danly. An "Extension Letter" was provided via email on April 20, 2023 regarding this matter. We are also processing an additional request that was received on March 22, 2023 FOIA-2023-70 (communications, related or referring to meetings between Commissioner James Danly and any state Attorney General or state Attorney General office). An "Extension Letter" was provided via email on April 20, 2023 regarding this matter. The new due date for these requests is May 4, 2023. Upon further review it appears that the extension letter for FOIA-2023-69 was routed to the incorrect muckruck email address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused to you.
