A copy of the following documents pertaining to Award ID W91YTZ17P0226 regarding DAVID LYNCH FOUNDATION FOR CONSCIOUSNESS-BASED EDUCATION AND WORLD PEACE. The award date was March 21, 2017:
The contract.
Any amendments or modifications to the contract.
Invoices issued or paid as part of the contract.
The request for proposal or call for bids.
The foundation's response(s) to the RFP.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
