This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of any and all contracts between the DEA and Rayzone Group, and any final reports generated and delivered by Rayzone Group to the DEA over the past 5 years.
Rayzone Group is a private, Israel based company, focusing on hardware and software for law enforcement and government clients. Rayzone Group "designs and manufactures cyber & intelligence solutions for government and federal agencies," according to the company website. The website can be found here: http://www.rayzoneg.com/index.html
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Mr. Mitch-I am emailing you in regards to your below email correspondence requesting a follow up to request number 16-00335-F. Please be advised that On March 10, 2016 we mailed you a determination letter informing you that we forwarded your request to the Financial Management Division (FC) to search for copies of all contracts between DEA and Rayzone Group and any final reports generated and delivered by Rayzone Group to the DEA over the past 5 years and FC determined that that no records could be located. Thus, no records exist. As a courtesy to you I have attached a copy of the determination letter that was mailed to you. At this time, DEA will take no further action on this request.
