deactivated Minuteman III ICBM launch facilities

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Document listing the 50 ICBM Launch Facilities near Malmstrom Air Force Base, owned by the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron and operated by the 341st Missile Wing, U.S. Air Force, destroyed during Phase I of the New Start Treaty. The Air Force published a story with a photo reporting the destruction of Launch Facility T-49, see: http://www.afgsc.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123420408 , and Facility R-29, see: http://www.malmstrom.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123402210 . This request seeks the names of ALL launch facilities destroyed during Phase I.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
