Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The January 29 memo "Initial Guidance Regarding President Trump's Executive Order Defending Women" states the following: "No later than 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, February 7, 2025, report to OPM on all steps taken to implement this guidance, including: a. a complete list of actions taken in response to this guidance and Defending Women; and b. any agency plans to fully comply with this guidance and Defending Women."
Therefore, I am requesting the memo or reports created in response to this order, including media and attachments sent from this agency to "defendingwomen@opm.gov"
The documents will be used in the course of reporting for 404 Media, an independent tech publication website (www.404media.co)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
