Good Morning
In order for us to determine if we have this case/file here at the Records
Center, we would need a Transfer # Box# and the Case/file number. Once we
receive this information, we can inform you of the options we offer.
Thank you
Elaine Dorion, FRC

Thank you, I'll get that information to you as soon as possible.

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on June 30, 2017. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

Good Morning,
We have not received any response to the email that Elaine Dorion sent you
back on 6/30/17. While the Records Center has Court Cases in our holdings,
we have no access to the Court Databases so we cannot determine whether or
not we have a certain case with just a name or case number. We need the
following information from the District Court where the case was tried to
confirm the location of the case in our facility:
An Accession/Transfer Number, start with 021
A box number,
A Location Number.
Attached is the order form for Criminal Cases. Please contact me with any
other questions.
