This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I am writing to request any correspondence--emails or text messages--between Laura Rigas, Scott Hommel, Heather Swift, Natalie Davis, or Ryan Zinke, and any of the following individuals: Chris Cox (employee of the NRA), Wayne LaPierre (employee of the NRA), or Susan LaPierre (recently appointed to the board of the National Parks Foundation). The correspondence should fall within the following timeframe: April 1, 2017 - October 13, 2017.
Additionally, I'd like to request any emails written by Laura Rigas, Scott Hommel, Heather Swift, Natalie Davis, or Ryan Zinke that refer in any way to Chris Cox, Wayne LaPierre, or Susan LaPierre. Those emails should also fall within the following timeframe: April 1, 2017 - October 13, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
