Department of Labor staffers who have been detailed to the Social Security Administration in 2025

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

In a sworn declaration by Deputy Administrator Florence Felix-Watson in AFL-CIO vs. Social Security Administration (source https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.dcd.277150/gov.uscourts.dcd.277150.53.1.pdf), she testified that on "On February 18, 2025, we began onboarding and training Employee 3, a Schedule C Policy Advisor, detailed from the Department of Labor to SSA. The agreement finalizing his onboarding is dated February 22, 2025. His duties currently relate to improper payments and SSA’s Death Master File (containing information about decedents from SSA records)."

This FOIA is to request details on who that person is and any other relevant details of that detailing arrangement (like a memorandum of understanding or coordination emails for this detailing arrangement). If possible, I would like to request whatever onboarding details for that employee at Department of Labor, including if they had a signed SF-61. If this employee is a DOGE-related hire, I would expect the span of time to search for such records to be from January 20, 2025 to February 18 or the vicinity.
