Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Detailed calendars for acting chairman Ann Marie Buerkle from the dates January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
I am a career journalist with work appearing in The Daily Beast among many other publications. I am willing to pay any reasonable expenses associated with this request, however, as the purpose of the requested disclosure is in full conformity with the statutory requirements for a waiver of fees, I formally request such a waiver.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We regret that due to the recent lapse of appropriations our office was closed from December 22, 2018 to January 26, 2019, and FOIA staff was unable to process any new or pending requests and appeals during that time.
