Good Afternoon Mr. Free,

My name is Jennifer, and I am the FOIA Analyst processing the below request for you.

I am reaching out to you regarding item number 3 of your request "All emails from James Holzer to any DHS FOIA professional regarding COVID19 sent or after March 1, 2020."

As I'm processing your request I want to try to understand/clarify exactly what you are looking for.

Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 we have a voluminous amount of cases that pertain to the virus. With that said, a large amount of emails sent from Jamez Holzer to our DHS FOIA staff pertain his guidance, input, comments, etc, regarding the admin work of such cases (ex: "this covid case requires white house consult"). I believe this is not what you're looking for. I construed that what you're looking for are general guidance to the FOIA staff regarding COVID-19 and instructions for the FOIA Office to adjust to it?

Please let me know if this is correct.

If you have any questions and would like to further discuss your request, please don't hesitate in letting me know.

My phone number is 703-362-7078.

Regards,

We never got them because that is not the correct email address. The correct email address is: requests@muckrock.com. That’s the one you sent this message to.
