DHS I&A Digital Distributions/Communications With Regards To Stingrays

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any digital communications records (Emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp/instant messages, PDF's, memos, or any other type of digital distribution that communicates a message, etc.) resulting from, or in direct reference to the Office of Intelligence & Analysis' operations in the U.S. between the dates of June 1st, 2020 and September 25th, 2020 (inclusive) that contains one or more usages of the following terms (in any context):
* L3Harris Technologies
* L3Harris
* Harris Corporation
* Harris Corp
* L3 Tech
* Stingray
* Hailstorm
* Kingfish
* Gossamer
* AmberJack
If possible, the search of digital records should be done as to include case insensitive matches for all terms.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
