Hi, I'm sorry for not being clearer. It's referenced in this news article: http://www.scott.af.mil/News/Article/1030056/375th-amw-reflects-on-a-year-of-innovative-accomplishments/

and it's also referenced in the list of mobile applications you DISA sent me a few weeks ago: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/3673636-DISA-Apps-List.html

From: Kevin Collier

Wouldn't this one still apply to the DISA FOIA office, though, considering it's in the DISA mobile application store?

From: Berger, Robin M CIV DISA DD (US)

No, we probably approved the app but we don't have ownership of it. Per your link, it belongs to the Air Force. I have forwarded your requests (3) to them for action and direct response to you. Let me know if I can assist further

Dear Mr. Collier This is in response to your 19 April 2017 Freedom of Information/Privacy Requesting the user guide or manual for the Aeromedical Power System (AMPS) mobile application.  The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
A thorough search was conducted by 375 Communications Support Squadron (CSPTS)/Software Engineering (SCE) and no records were located responsive to your request, therefore we are providing a “No Records” response.  The flight developed the Aeromedical Power System (AMPS) application.  They do not, typically create user guides or manuals for applications since they are developed with very involved customer input and the customer knows the application inside and out at the conclusion of the project.  We searched our records to verify that no user guides or manuals were written for ATAT and found none.  They verified with their customer, AMC/A3TM, that they did not produce any user guides or manuals after the software was delivered.  Direct questions to 375amw-foai@us.af.mil or call 618-256-3210 and reference FOIA case number 2017-02633-F.
