PLEASE INCLUDE ANY AND ALL REPORTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND CABLES CREATED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 26TH AND NOVEMBER 22ND 2014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
